Paola Firenze’s staff provides the Customers with a wide range of services in order to take care of them in each step, from the selection to the order and delivery:
- A show room where to see the collections and place the orders.
- Email ordering option available, along with a fast shipment.
- For each item and color the minimum purchase quantity corresponds to a row with six pairs each (assorted numbers).
- Easy management of the returned goods or the replacement of products showing clear manufacturing defects. Once the problem is checked we will be pleased to replace the model with a new one (if available) or change it with a similar item whether the Customer is satisfied. In the event that it is impossible to lead the replacement, a credit note will be released with a concomitant re-credit to the Customer.
- Free shipment for an over 36 pairs order (six rows with six pairs each).
- Fast express courier shipment. The delivery will be carried out within a working day in Italy or three days abroad.
- Payment in advance by bank transfer for all the new Customers’ orders.
- Possibility of personalised payment method for regular Customers.
